- Heard a comment that if I didn't really want to be a manager I shouldn't have been given the temporary role
- Was awarded one of the company's top performance ratings but...
- Learned that we would all have to apply for newly created roles
- Didn't receive any positive encouragement to apply for the new roles but...
- Was scouted out by another group in the company to see if I would be interested in joining them
- Realised that because of the award I may be nominated for an overseas trip but...
- If I rollover to the other group I would no longer be eligible for the trip.
- Will be presented with an award at the annual company awards night but...
- No one from my group, including myself, is attending so it will be uncollected
- Heard that a senior manager wanted to talk to me about why I wanted to move to another group but...
- Found out that he was then told to 'go and reflect on why he felt he needed to do that'
I'm hoping that September will be a little less exciting...
